• Location: Seattle, Washington
• Content: This project was an adaptive reuse of the historic Alaska Building a 15-story, high-rise in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Seattle, Pioneer Square. Building was reduced to shell and core – complete interior architectural renovation. D&D was the interior designer and assisted with hotel architecture. Its 262 guestrooms include 42 room types and over 4,600 SF of meeting space. Completed June 2010.
